At Modern Telescopes (India's Largest Telescope Store), we ensure prompt and secure 3-layer packaging of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below for a smooth experience.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
  • Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are typically dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time or on Sundays/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3–5 days.
  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Areas: May take 5–7 days due to logistics constraints.

3. Shipping Partners:

For domestic shipments, we work with trusted courier services (Delhivery, Bluedart, Maruti ) for reliable and tracked shipments. International shipments gets delivered via Fedex.

4. Shipping Delays & Uncontrollable Factors

  • Delays due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped, even if delayed.
  • Customers will be provided with tracking details for real-time updates.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • For urgent orders, please select express delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be shared via SMS/email once dispatched.
  • Customers are encouraged to track their orders via the courier’s website/app.
